Welcome to Mount Evelyn Retreat, a beautiful resting place nestled in the trees where we are dedicated to providing everything you need for the perfect escape. This magical getaway seems so far away but is only 50 minutes from Melbourne.

The self contained suite with a private hydrotherapy jacuzzi overlooks the beautiful treed surrounds where the forest smells and bird songs will delight the senses.

Mount Evelyn is perfectly positioned for touring both the Yarra Valley and the Dandenongs. The village itself boasts an array of cafes and the surrounding areas provide a host of activities such as wine tasting, hot air ballooning, hiking, cycling, antique shopping & fine dining. We are also close to many wedding venues such as Chateau Wyuna and Gum Gully Farm.

The accommodation is situated en route to many walking tracks including the Oxfam Trailwalker and the forest surrounds are host to wallabies, kangaroos and over 60 types of birds including kookaburras and the spectacular Powerful Owls who frequent our valley.
